THE MANI METHOD

We’re not just into peanut butter a little bit - we’re obsessed with it. The kind of obsessed that leads you to a single peanut estate in Argentina (yes, that specific), because it grows the best-tasting peanuts on the planet.

We roast them low and slow to draw out the deep, nutty flavour, then blend them in small batches for that perfect thick, drippy texture. No palm oil. No filler. Just full-bodied, flavour-packed peanut butter made with actual care.

It’s a bit intense. But so are we.

Original Roast is our first creation - light, creamy, and caramelly. Deep Roast was a glorious accident. We thought we’d burned the nuts. Turns out, we’d just invented the richest, boldest peanut butter on the planet.

Not all fat is bad - hi-oleic peanuts are packed with the good kind. They’re high in monounsaturated fat (like olive oil and avocado), which supports healthy cholesterol. BONUS: they taste better too. Ours are: 81% monounsaturated, 5% poly, 14% saturated, 0% trans.

Yup. All our products are gluten free. But they are made in a site that handles gluten, so if you’re super sensitive, just a heads-up.

All except our Salted Caramel Peanut Butter - that one contains dairy. The rest are 100% dairy-free.

Two reasons:

  1. No palm oil. So the natural oils rise to the top. Give it a stir - it’ll come back together.
    Small batch blending. More air, more creaminess, more flavour. It’s how we get that thick, indulgent texture you won’t find in mass-produced jars.

All our products are vegetarian. Everything except Salted Caramel is vegan too.

Nut Butters: 365 days from productionSnacking Nuts: 240 days from productionWe aim to get them to you with at least 6 months left. Once opened, best enjoyed within 3 months.Oil separation might happen - it’s natural. Just stir it back into the paste and you’re good to go.

Nope. Every batch of peanuts is lab-tested at source and certified by Port Health before entering the UK. If it’s in your jar, it’s passed every check.

UTTERLY UNCTIOUS

"I’ve been saying this for years but this needs to be said every time I open another tub. Oh my goodness I Just can’t wait to get at it. Usually on toast or stirred into porridge where it melts and gives a lovely thick texture and flavour so delicious especially with frozen fruit of your choice, leaving whole to melt in the bowl so by the time you’re sitting down to eat, the fruit has just about melted into the porridge. When I’m feeling like some sweeter I put a squeeze of zero sauce on top kid natural yoghurt ! Like Nigella I like to slink away and eat it all by myself!"
