Method
For the peanut sauce:
1. Whisk all ingredients together, you want a slightly runny consistency like runny honey.
For the Raspberry Hoisin Sauce:
1. Warm jam on a low heat to loosen up.
2. Add all other ingredients and whisk.
3. Serve sauce slightly warm.

- 100g Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 10g Dark Brown Sugar
- 1tbsp Raspberry Jam
- 100g Raspberry Jam
- 20g Hoisin Sauce
- 1tsp Lime Juice
- 0.5tsp Sriracha
