Method
Drain and wash your chickpeas.
Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Add a dash of water to loosen if too thick. Store in the fridge.

- 2 cooked beetroots
- 1 tin chickpeas
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp ManiLife Original Roast Smooth Peanut Butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
