PB&J Vegan Elvis Sandwich
- ManiLife Deep Roast Crunchy
- Chia jam
- ½ banana, sliced in coins.
- x 2 Sourdough slices
1. Prep: Spray a pan with coconut oil over medium heat.
2. Grab your two slices of sourdough and cover one with the deep roast crunchy peanut butter and the other with the jam. Add the banana on the PB side and then place the other slice with jam on top.
3. Grill in the pan for 4 mins on both sides. Slice the sandwich in half (just because it looks delicious) and devour it.
