ManiLife BBQ Glazed Ribs

Season your ribs with the salt and spices. Smoke the ribs on the bbq for 3 hours at 125C, then braise in foil with a splash of water for another 2-3 hours until tender but not falling apart.
You could also just do this in a 165C oven: cover with foil and cook for 1 hour then remove the foil. Continue cooking for 2 hours or until tender.
Meanwhile, make your bbq sauce by combining all of the ingredients and mixing well.
Once the ribs are tender, light your bbq and grill the ribs on both sides, basting with the bbq sauce until nicely charred and coloured. Give the ribs a final glaze before taking off the bbq. Chop em up and serve with a big sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and extra sauce!
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- 1tbsp salt
- 1tbsp five spice50g sriracha
- 15g soy
- 25g ManiLife smooth peanut butter (original / deep roast)
- 15g white wine vinegar
- 30g sweet chilli sauce
