Gyoza Salad

Method
Start by thinly slicing / using a julienne peeler to shred the cucumber, spring onion and carrot, add in the chopped chives.
Add the gyozas in a non stick pan and fry for around 5 minutes with a splash of sesame oil before adding 100ml water, pop a lid on top and steam for a further 5.
Meanwhile make the dressing by mixing all of the ingredients together, taste test adding a little more almond butter or hot agave to preferred taste.
Add the gyozas to the grated salad, add over that delicious dressing, top with a few extra herbs and enjoy.
