Festive Dirty Turkey Burger

Method
Add all the satay ingredients into a bowl and mix, apart from the garlic and ginger. Leave in the fridge to marinate. Preheat the oven to 180c.
If using a turkey breast - Add the turkey breast to a non-stick pan with the garlic and ginger. Fry for 4 minutes until the breast has started to brown and is coated with the garlic and ginger. Remove the breast from the pan and put onto a lined baking tray. Bake in the oven for a further 15 minutes until cooked all the way through.
If using left overs - Shred the left over turkey and warm it up either in the oven or in the microwave.
Start to pile up your burger. Add whatever garnishes you feel like. We added cucumber, chilli and lettuce!

- small piece ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- juice 1 lime
- 1 tsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp mild curry powder
- 3 tbsp ManiLife Deep Smooth Peanut Butter
- 165ml Coconut milk
- 1 Turkey breast or left overs
- 1 red chilli
- Brioche bun
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
