Method
Slice the onions thinly, and begin to sauté on medium heat in some oil. Cook for at least 30 mins until the onions are soft, juicy and browned. Allow to cool slightly.
Drain and wash your chickpeas. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Add a dash of water to loosen if too thick. Store in the fridge

- 1 tin chickpeas (400g)
- 2 white onions
- 3 tbsp ManiLife Deep Roast Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- juice of 1 lemon
