Method
Mix the chia seeds and smoothie in a bowl and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Mix and gently whip the Greek yogurt with the cream cheese
Once at least 30 minutes has passed, spread your smoothie and chi seed mix as a base in a bowl
Spoon the yogurt mix on top. Finish with the granola, the peanut butter & chunks of mango and half a passionfruit.

- 45g Chia Seeds
- 250ml Mockingbird Raw Press Raw Defence smoothie
- 100g Greek Yoghurt
- 30g Soft Cream Cheese
- 1 heaped tablespoon of ManiLife Deep Roast Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 2-3 tablespoons of Granola (ManiLife x Spoon Peanut Butter)
- Mango/passionfruit to top
