2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup of manilife peanut butter
1/2 cup of agave syrup (or non vegans can use honey)
1/2 cup almond milk (or non vegans can use dairy milk)
1 tbsp coconut oil


1) Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments
2) Add all ingredients into a blender
3) Blend it all up!
4) Scoop into bowls (this makes 4 decent sized portions) and cover with cling film
5) Pop into the fridge for 2-3 hours to set
6) Go crazy with toppings like coconut cream, standard whipped cream, more chocolate chips, fruit or a spoonful of peanut butter
