Peanut Butter Slaw With Sea Bass & Soft Flatbreads

This Peanut Butter Slaw with Sea Bass & Soft Flatbreads is not only super simple, but also absolutely delicious.

1/2 red onion

1/2 small white or red cabbage

1 carrot

1 red chilli

1tbsp greek yoghurt or creme fresh

1tbsp Mani Life peanut butter


Roast the sea bass with your favourite spices (we like garlic and rosemary) for 20-25 minutes.

  1. Finely slice the onion, cabbage and chilli and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Spiralise or grate the carrot and add to the mix.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the Greek yoghurt/ creme fresh and peanut butter until well combined.
  4. Add the peanut butter mix to the vegetables and season.

Heat up your flatbreads and assemble.
