Christmas CRACKERS

To support the Campaign to End Loneliness

ManiLife has always been as much about bringing people together as it has been about creating delicious products. Whilst there is no time for getting together quite like Christmas, for some, it can be incredibly lonely. The team here at the Mani-HQ have been forced to face loneliness especially amongst the elderly in the midst of the previous years lockdowns.

For many older people who still experience loneliness throughout the year, Christmas is a particularly painful time. As a somewhat insufficient attempt to combat this sad truth, we've crafted together these beautiful wee Christmas crackers, of which 100% of the profits will go to the amazing charity Campaign to End Loneliness.

The Campaign to End Loneliness believes that people of all ages need connections that matter.

There are nine million lonely people in the UK who lack the friendship and support we all need. Their vision is that everyone can live a life free from chronic loneliness.

"Ultimately this delightful Christmas cracker is but a small dent in a
massive problem...but if we can raise some cash for this great cause and make whoever you plan to gift it to very happy, it will mean a lot  So enjoy, share around and if you know anyone who's alone this Christmas, give them a call!
Merry Christmas, Stu x"

A little bit more about the Campaign to end loneliness

The Campaign to End Loneliness believes that nobody who wants company should be without it. Loneliness affects people of all ages and backgrounds and touches the lives of millions. It causes real emotional pain and can impact on physical and mental health.

That is why the Campaign to End Loneliness exists, to encourage your family and friends in a light-hearted way to commit to call someone and do the same as together we can end loneliness!
