The deep roast crunchy was born out of a miraculous mistake in the Manikitchen. We thought we’d burnt the nuts. Then we tasted it… A deep, delicious flavour that our fans tell us is a life-changing experience!
Thick and creamy with BIG crunchy pieces, made from the finest high-oleic peanuts sourced from a single-family run farm in Cordoba, Argentina. The real reason we source from these guys is that they're great people - they just so happen to have incredible peanuts too. In fact, these beauties are naturally sweeter than your average nut and with a fat profile more akin to olive oil, better for you too.
We were the first peanut butter brand to start thinking about roasting peanuts the same way master roasters think about coffee. ManíLife prides itself on creating flavour through craft rather than ingredients. To get that extra crunch, we roast our extra-large crunchy nuts separately from the nuts we blend to create the perfect combination of creaminess and crunch. We add absolutely nothing else (just a wee pinch of sea salt) and give it a deeper roast.
Finally, we blend all our peanut in small batches. Why do we do it? Next time you have a taste of that thick, indulgently creamy, THICK peanut butter hopefully you'll understand. You don't get that with in line production
Our award-winning Deep Roast Crunchy is the only peanut butter to have won 3 stars at the Great Taste Awards, was rated 10/10 by The Sun, The Metro and The Daily Mail.
